Pressure washing invoice template

Exterior cleaning bills by the surface: the house as a job, the concrete by the square foot. The sample invoice shows both models on one document, plus the line that separates professionals from pressure-washer owners — what the surfaces were treated with.

What belongs on a pressure washing invoice

Square footage for flatwork

"850 sq ft × $0.18" is checkable with a tape measure, which is exactly why it doesn't get checked.

Soft wash vs pressure: name the method

Siding is soft-washed, concrete is pressure-washed. The invoice naming the method is your answer if damage claims ever arise — you used the right process.

The plant-protection line

"Plants rinsed and covered" costs a sentence and preempts the most common complaint in the trade.

Pressure washing invoicing questions

Per square foot or per job?

Driveways and patios per square foot; house washes per job by stories and sides. Both belong on the same invoice, each in its natural unit.

Do I bill for water?

Standard practice uses the customer's spigot and says so on the invoice. If you bring water (rural jobs), it's a stated line — never a surprise.
