Locksmith invoice template
Locksmithing is a trust trade with a bad-actor problem, and the invoice is where a legitimate operator proves it: license number, the ID-verification line, and the call-out fee that was quoted on the phone appearing exactly as quoted. The sample shows all three.

What belongs on a locksmith invoice
It separates you from the bait-and-switch operators the news warns about, and many states require it anyway.
"ID verified against address prior to entry" protects the customer, the property owner, and you — one sentence, three beneficiaries.
The after-hours call-out billed at exactly the number quoted is the whole reputation of the trade. Any difference gets explained on the invoice, not discovered.
The preview uses the Clean layout — you can switch between all three templates in the editor without losing a word.
Locksmith invoicing questions
Why is there a call-out fee and a labor charge?
The call-out covers getting a licensed professional to your door (at 2am, often); the labor covers the work once there. Legitimate locksmiths quote both on the phone and bill both as quoted.
Rekey or replace on the invoice?
Rekeying existing cylinders is per cylinder with keys cut; replacement bills hardware plus fitting. Listing which was done, per door, is the record the customer needs for insurance.
